As a first time Volvo buyer, I was initially very impressed with the information, courtesy and availability of my sales representative, Steven Baldassare. After that great first impression, he gave me an excellent value for my trade-in (3000$ more than at another luxury automaker), and promised and delivered on what my wife and I needed as part of the certification process. We are leaving Volvo very satisfied with the car we are taking home ! Steven is a great representative and will be happy to refer other buyers to him.
